Social Interaction Mapping System (S.I.M.S) was curated to allow you to take back control of daily social interactions resulting in the minimisation of

confrontational, anxiety provoking and sometimes dangerous social aspects from your daily routine resulting in a more stable, safer, and happier life.


Every day we navigate social interactions such as queuing for that important morning coffee, boarding public transport, maintaining personal space, crossing-streets, and navigating through busy environments. These situations, 

if mismanaged, can lead to chronic anxiety, making daily interactions difficult and creating feelings of distress, fear, and diminished self-worth.


S.I.M.S aims to provide you with a solid, sustainable foundation for approaching daily challenges with ease, calm, and purpose. By maintaining these tools, you will build a greater sense of self-worth and purpose to alow pathways to  live life free from anxiety and fear.

Discovering your personal social space, appropriate posture, and vocal techniques


 Palm pilot training, learn to take control of your inbuilt “navigation system”


 Defusing confrontational situations mindfully and effectively
